This site is a traffic safety website maintained by the American Safety Council, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “American Safety Council”) for the sole purpose of providing state-approved driver improvement education and testing under the auspices of approvals, licenses and certifications issued by state departments of motor vehicles.

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website and other information provided to you by the American Safety Council, portions of this information may be incorrect or out-of-date. Neither the American Safety Council nor its affiliated companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers or suppliers warrants the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of information provided and shall not be liable for any losses caused by such reliance on the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of such information.
By using this website you agree that neither the American Safety Council nor its affiliated companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers, or suppliers shall have any liability to you under any theory of liability or indemnity in connection with your use of this website or the services of the American Safety Council.
Notwithstanding the foregoing paragraph, the total liability of the American Safety Council, if any, for losses or damages shall not exceed the fees paid by the user for the particular information or service provided. In no event shall the American Safety Council be liable to you for any losses or damages other than the amount referred to above.
If an order is cancelled after you have made payment but before you attempt to complete the final examination (BDI, TLSAE and ADI traffic safety courses), are issued an enrollment certificate (ADI traffic safety course), or attempt to complete a third-party written examination (e.g., State of Florida written driver license examination), the American Safety Council will refund your total order amount (less any fees paid for expedited processing of certificates of completion or enrollment certificates, if applicable) upon receipt of a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 days of registering for the course/exam. No refunds will be issued for failure to pass the State of Florida written driver license examination.
IF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN FULL, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE YOUR USE OF THIS SITE.
